About CRLA
City Reach Leadership Academy now offers three distinct learning blocks, providing students with the flexibility to customize their leadership development journey. Depending on the pathway selected, students can earn one, two, or all three certificates as they grow in their faith, leadership, and calling. Review the outline below to explore the available tracks and determine which route best aligns with your goals as a future CRLA student.
CRLA is a 2-year program consisting of four semesters (Spring and Fall)
Each Semester is 16 weeks
When: Tuesday Nights from 6pm-8pm
Where: Next Steps Room @ City Reach Church
Our Leadership Academy is designed as an opportunity for those who want to grow in their ministry and leadership skills while balancing other life commitments. This program is every Tuesday night for 4 semesters. You can jump in at any semester and join an amazing class of like-minded students.
Biblical Theology
Tuesday’s 6-7pm
Deepen your understanding of Biblical foundations and theological studies, including Blood Covenants, Old and New Testament survey and interpretation of scripture. Biblical Theology is offered for 16 weeks and is a two year course and can be taken in conjunction with Christian Leadership.
Christian Leadership
Tuesday’s 7-8pm
Develop your personal and organizational leadership through biblical foundations and principles. Christian Leadership is offered for 8 weeks and is a two year course and can be taken in conjunction with Biblical Theology.
Ministry Training
Tuesday’s 6-8pm
City Reach Leadership Academy is a Spirit-led and Spirit-filled leadership education and ministry training program that prepares you to lead people to Know God, Find Freedom, Discover Purpose and Make A Difference
